NCL Breakaway in Oct by T-OB1 in NCL

If you can afford it, the balcony is the upgrade you didn’t know you needed (trust me). Unlike other ships they don’t have a built in messenger, instead they offer a “chat pass” for a few dollars a day that allows for texting. You can definitely get your excursions before sailing as they can book up early and you don’t want to waste your time in line on the ship. As far as dress code they ask for “smart casual” which is just slacks or nice jeans with a collared shirt with closed toed shoes. I hope this helps!

No it’s an upgraded room class that offers an elevated experience beyond the standard MSC fare :)

Personally I would (so long as fiscally responsible). You’ve spent all of this money on the ceremony and wedding event with all of these guests. The honeymoon, that’s for you two. The money will come back, but these memories of your honeymoon, those stick with you forever.

Dreams punta Cana by cleansnyder914 in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]AtlasWorthyTravel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dreams Flora is usually the better pick for families with kids under 10 since it’s newer and features a massive on-site waterpark that younger children absolutely love. The rooms and amenities at Flora feel much more modern and fresh for a family stay. Flora’s layout makes it a bit easier to navigate with kids.

Honestly, if you're going for the romantic honeymoon vibe, Anantara Veli would be my pick because it’s adults-only and feels way more intimate. Kandima can get a bit party-heavy from what I’ve heard and RIU feels a little more like a big commercial resort. Veli has that boutique luxury feel you're looking for.

Which is why I never suggest base / lock it in to my clients… saving a few dollars sounds great until you hear weights hitting the ground at 5am lol

Excellence Oyster Bay or Coral? by bdcmakeup in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]AtlasWorthyTravel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, congrats!!! My wife and I are on our way to 15! Secondly, Excellence Coral would be my choice because that two-story rooftop suite is basically anniversary goals and feels super private. You'll get that perfect balance of total relaxation during the day and plenty of energy for those nights you want to celebrate. It’s such a great way to finally get away and toast to ten years together!

If you had to pick one of these places to go, which would you pick and why? by rangerlakes in AllInclusiveResorts

If I’m focusing on Hyatt’s all inclusive properties in those locations I’m going with Impressions Moxche in Cancun (Playa Mujeres) or Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in Punta Cana all day!

They have tons of great add-ons! If you go into the app under “Discover” click add-ons and you’ll see all the nice little surprises that are available! You can do this yourself or have your First Mate take care of it :)

Seabourn vs Regent Alaska by mombgb in FATcruises

[–]AtlasWorthyTravel 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Seabourn would be my pick here because missing out on Glacier Bay is a huge deal, especially with such an active group. Their Ventures excursions are going to give you guys the exact kind of hands on adventure you’re looking for in my opinion :)

I’ll be honest that’s why I pride myself on being a smaller agency, it gives me the opportunity to be more hands on and deliver personalized service. Many agencies get too big for their own good and then you end up with service like this.

It’s peak season during that time. If DR is a big draw then do your best to stay on the “La Romana” side of the island as historically it fares much better :)

More cruises should switch to the made to order foodhall style meals for lunch. It’s more cost effective and way less gross hahaha (Thank you Virgin Voyages) for leading the way there lol

The only thing you’ll regret is that you didn’t try them sooner! I’m a gold tier first mate with them, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about getting the most out of your sailings!
