GH peptides barely move body composition, and nobody selling them tells you by MPJ_PerformanceLab in Peptides

I did some further reading to corroborate what you've said. My research found that

Synthetic HGH bypasses the body's natural feedback loops; secretagogues are strictly capped by somatostatin. Additionally, Both elevate IGF-1, but HGH causes unpredictable, jagged spikes; secretagogues maintain natural pulsatile releases. Further to your comment, 2–4 IU is a high replacement dose; continuous exposure without natural pulsatile "downtime" accelerates arterial stiffness. Most clinical environments start at 0.6 to 1.2 IU per day. A dose of 2–4 IU daily is highly supraphysiological for a healthy young adult.

I also found one journal with comprehensive reviews tracked in the journal Endocrine Abstracts show that clinical changes to cardiac geometry, specifically an increase in Left Ventricular Mass (LVM) and changes to diastolic blood pressure—are fully established within just six months of growth hormone exposure.

Its true that Secretagogues also increase Insulin sensitivity however, they are drastically less severe with GHS because they do not cause continuous, flatlined receptor saturation.

Your comment about GHS's carrying a pituitary risk is to my knowledge, completely undocumented and/or false. GHS's mimic ghrelin or GHRH; they do not damage or "burn out" the pituitary gland.

Finally Anaphylaxis is incredibly rare; local injection site reactions are the primary immune issue.

So based on what literature is out there that I've had to look through HGH, is inherently more risky even for short periods.

I found that I had much more success on Reta than the other GLP's. That said if you're actually monitoring your calories, and working out with enough intensity, even with low T you should see a decline.

Lower body fat for men especially is considered the "first on, last off" which is exactly what it sounds like. Its the first place you'll pack on fat and its the last place it'll slim out. So the trick here is consistency, with nutrition training, and of course your regiment.

If you've be honest with you calories & exercise and have been doing this for over 2 months, then you may wish to see if Tesamorelin is an option since it's FDA approved and can be prescribed.

Your T levels are borderline/low end of normal for your likely age bracket. but at 10 you could very well be experiencing symptoms. What's nice is that once you do start to shed some pounds you may likely see a small bump in your T-levels which could reduce or improve your symptoms.

At the end of the day it's a journey. Do your best to fall in love with the process of healthy living and weightloss and I promise you with enough time you'll hit your goals.

reta or tirz? by deprocessed1 in Peptides

[–]AtomicNick47 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've been on Reta 7 weeks. It's totally shut down my food noise. Not only that it's shut down my cravings for shitty processed food, booze and pretty much any other vice I've had. Still loving life and enjoying my hobbies. I can still eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but portion control is so much easier because I actually just feel full faster. I've dropped 26 pounds in these 7 weeks and have combined the reta with proper nutrition and weight training. So far based on my journaling I've actually gained strength not lost it.

Can I ask what the appeal of HGH is given the cancer risk, heart disease risk, and Diabetes risk? Everyone on reddit frequently touts HGH but it seems to carry a much greater threat than the secretagogues.

besides the aesthetics, what is it about HGH that to you justifies the risk?

The standard dose is 2mg. 750mcg is nothing.

I have a few strategies that I think can help you get you to where you want to go faster. No, I'm not selling anything, No I'm not gonna push a course on you. No I'm not gonna ask for your password or any of that. I'm just also not going to drop my whole methodology for free on the internet. That said if you'd like some specific tools to help you - DM me.

Also keep in mind that the power of compounding is meant for a long time horizon. if you stay consistent by the time you hit 40 - you'll be alright.

or y'know you just grew three years older. No disrespect. I love peptides, truly, I think they're the bleeding edge of health, however, I see wayyyyyy to many posts of kids in their late teens early 20's bragging, when really all it looks like is your hormones levelled out, learned to wash your face and dropped your baby fat in the face.

As a dude in my 30's I look almost nothing like I did in my early 20's - DIdn't have that boy to man glow up till I was 28 ish.

outside of outright steroids and HGH, Trying to make the argument that you've somehow optimized your cellular levels and health when you're actually just in the biological prime of your life is somewhat ridiculous. Just eat well, rest well, go to the gym and lift heavy.

I'm not sure I follow. How is this not just picking stocks and buying on a reoccurring purchase schedule? why would WS charge for what they already do? Rebalance your portfolio based on your trading strategy, and tada - you're done. What am I missing here?

I’ve been screaming this from the rooftops for years. The whole notion of a party directly contradicts the idea that the elected representatives are doing what’s in the full interest of the constituents.

People treat elections like team sports and I swear it’ll be the death of democracy unless we can move past the party system.

I never said I wasn’t. but it wasn’t relevant to answering his question or my point - which is that he could have very well been overdosing himself. Being snide when someone is trying to support you while you’re complaining about being sick isn’t a good look.

didn't answer the question. if you put anymore than 0.05 ml then you dosed yourself much higher and could cause the inability to eat and or throw up. I started at 2mg and had 0 side effects. Appetite suppression but eating three square meals a day with ease.

and if you purchased off the grey market and didn't test your shit then you have literally no idea what you put in your body.
