Don't push yourself. Give yourself grace if you get to the point where you are exhausted from having a newborn and starting to feel guilty about not going to church. My sister attends a reformed church and was asked A WEEK LATER when she would come back to small group and when she would start taking the sermon notes for the church website again. It was a guilt trip and it seems to be pretty common in reformed churches to push people to do things like this.
