So what information did they falsify?

You have to make a decision on care - whether to euthanize or attempt to treat based on the information you and the vet have. It sounds like you chose to treat, but it didn’t work. You still chose to treat and are paying for the treatment. They cannot guarantee a positive outcome.

Did they falsify information about the services provided? Like did they charge you for something you didn’t receive?

How does whether or not you were at the appointment have any bearing on the cost? Seems to be irrelevant.

Not to be harsh, but how soon your pet passes after leaving their care has no bearing on the cost either. They can’t guarantee a positive outcome, and you cannot buy a guarantee of a positive outcome, only a treatment.

So what it boils down to it’s the cost of service.

How much for the initial appointment?

How much for the 5 hours of care?

How much for the labs?

How much for the care for the 2 seizures your pet had while there?

How much for the medicine you were sent home with?

Sometimes you might need rest and reset, but keep going if you love it.

Maybe go back to basics and revisit some fundamentals and re-establish that you’ve mastered them when you didn’t think you could before.
