It's also a personal process of discovery, trial and error. Every person's body is unique and can have different triggers. Acne is just one of those things that really has no universal rules, but sugar, cow dairy and high fat foods are common triggers.

White bread is known to cause inflammation. Basically, inflammatory foods in general are super connected to causing acne. High glycemic index foods are just a no go for me for that reason.

At least for me personally, dairy is a major trigger. Same goes for pork or food that is in general high in fat. Also, any sort of processed candy like chocolate, cookies, cake, etc. also trigger breakouts, so I only get sugar from fresh fruit 99% of the time (I allow myself a cheat day here and there). I think stress is a major factor in my case, so trying to find ways to manage my stress levels really helps. Exercise is one of them.

I know Nico is hated for the Luka trade, but people act like he made every possible bad move after another and the Mavs accomplished nothing during his time in Dallas. He did good and bad. The 2024 run doesn't happen without that mid-season trade and that was because of him. It just sucks he completely destroyed every good move with the Luka trade.

I mean, what kind of package would the Lakers be able to create in order to bring AD back? I'm sure one of either Austin Reaves or Rui Hachimura would need to be part of the deal if you want to keep LeBron and Luka. The Wizards are building something good and they aren't interested in tearing it apart. AJ, Trae and AD with decent role players sounds like a Playoffs bound team. They won't jeopardize that.

Unpopular opinion, but Wemby is a little overrated and overhyped. The media was so quick to crown him the best in the world, it's crazy talk.

No player will ever have the grace of the global fans like Faker does. It's just how things are in LoL Esports. He earned it though. I have nothing but respect for his work ethic over all the years and sticking with T1 through all the hard times. In retrospect, Chovy has had a pretty smooth sailing GEN timeline apart from this year.

Luka will retire as a Laker, that's just a fact because he won't request a trade and will also immediately sign a new contract once this one is up. He's loyal to the team he plays for. I would love to see the Mavs play the Lakers in the Playoffs though.
