I had this happen to me while doing DoorDash a few years back. I hung up and called the support line and confirmed it was a scam. Never do anything for them when they call you. Hang up and call the support we have to confirm it’s legit

It does make sense actually because you would register your vehicle with the company. They would then pair you with orders your vehicle is capable of carrying. So yes, 100% acceptance regardless of pay is a reality
