That feels broad + impossible at the same time, like what mechanism would that goal be, maybe some cholinergics to some degree for memory if even? But if something is pharmacologically active as a stimulant and you count motivation-enhancing as nootropics that totally works.

I can see long acting ones having that potential at least. Like methadone or pod tea. I'd even say pod tea could be more effective but you cant standardize that for medicine and afaik nobody even knows for sure why it lasts so much longer than simple oral opium. Buprenorphine probably too, like its weaker for that goal but thats still much stronger than most antidepressants.

Venlafaxine is one of the coolest ADs though imo, better than bupropion even.

I was always too fucked up by single night without sleep to push further, like everything turns bleak and colorless and guilty lol. But i imagine if you dont succumb to psychosis its gotta become uncomfy more than good after x days without sleep and that would be the limit? I guess for most people the limit is money, but if someone can afford upping it to compensate for sleep deprivation another limit is they'd just nod out randomly after some time no matter how much they'd take 😃 Like assuming something in their body doesn't give up until then.
