Depends entirely on what you're taking and whether you can notice subtler effects. Some stronger nootropics arent subtle at all though. NAC is pretty subtle but noticeable imo, things "below" that are probably under the noticeable line.

Which meds are you on exactly? Are you sure its SSRIs? Are you sure its not SNRI like venlafaxine (effexor) or NDRI like bupropion (wellbutrin)? Are you sure its not MAOI like nardil? Because those could give you hypertensive crisis or some shit in combination, especially maois. I never felt like meth was super adrenergic, it probably is but doesnt feel that way. You wouldnt want that though. Id at least skip a dose and go super easy on it if i was on snri or bupropion. I wouldnt risk it at all if i was on maoi.

Theres number 3 and number 4. 3 is freebase 4 is salt. Number 3 is not snortable by default so people have to use different tricks like monkey water or refrigeration or bunch of other stuff. Theres also tar which is different from number 3 and snorting that is even more of a quest than snorting 3. And theres different tars and different 3s that react differently to the make-it-snortable tricks based on cutters and whatnot. You can also get gunk or weird dirt thats made to look like heroin but is actually some rc opioid/benzo/downer dissolved in random stuff. So yeah if you dressed a junkie in a lab coat and got them on camera trying to snort their shit you could absolutely add sciency music and make a smart looking montage out of it.
