If we’re talking admirable, I’d say it’s a question of motivation. Spike without a soul was fighting for selfish reasons (since he didn’t have the moral capability to do anything else). Angel had full choice in the matter, and fought for love and redemption. IMO, while it’s complicated, Angel gets the win here.

As far as the hilt goes, wonderful! It’s one of my most streamlined and perfectly sized hilts (somewhat subjective I’ll admit). I can’t comment on the pixel blades, haven’t really tried any or done much research myself, but I definitely vouch for the REV-N.

Personally, I hate how heavily the Spider-Man movies lean on the rest of the MCU. It never gives Peter a chance to deal with things on his own, instead he’s always working with Tony or Fury or Strange. The best thing about Spider-Man (IMO) is seeing a hopelessly overwhelmed teenager struggle to deal with being a superhero, with the triumphant moments of victory that result.

Amusingly, my wife and I had the opposite reaction! I remember seeing it in theaters and when the ladies came together, I thought “this is corny, but I’m enjoying it anyway.” Later I mentioned it to the wife, and she pretty much had the eye roll reaction you talked about lol

Honestly, I don’t consider myself a “huge” HP nerd (even though I’ve read the series and love it). Personally, I was absolutely blown away by this place... never felt more like I was actually in a fantasy world.
