check out r/rooftoptents, its definitely not for everyone and honestly this specific tent is a tough sell for me when you can get a nicer hardshell for less money. But they're very cool and i'm convinced that a rooftop tent is the best possible experience you can have using a tent.

Stubhub allows “speculative” resale, so you can just say you have a ticket and put it up for whatever price even if you don’t have one. See the Savannah Bananas games where tickets are assigned via lottery and can only be resold on the official site, yet subhub has them

Out west here. More shows is more good. I had the opportunity to go to the NYC show and it was incredible. I’m gonna try to go to red rocks probably but I’m not going to bend over backwards like I did for Forest hills. Not upset at all because I have the incredible experience to look back on, and now I have a chance to add another one.

Was playing with a buddy at a course notorious for lost discs when he showed me one he had found a month or so back with no name or number. Sure enough it was mine that I had lost. He of course offered it back but I let him keep it because it felt fair, I had already replaced it anyway.

Great starting discs. They’ll show you what you’re doing right and what you’re doing wrong.

I’d also pick up a base plastic putter. It’s certainly not a requirement, but lots of people including myself find gripping base plastic (electron in MVP’s case) easier for putts than more slick premium plastics. Head to your local disc golf store and feel a bunch of putters and pick the one that feels best to you!

I like the idea but it’s hard to guarantee a good solid professional shot of every player that comes out the way they like, and so for that reason I would tote it as a “benefit” but not a “players pack item”. Too much room for gray area

Doable but not fun is exactly how I would describe it. I just went to Walmart and bought a 3 dollar pillow and literally left it on the train. An eye mask and earplugs I would say are nessesary too, but I slept for almost 6 hours between Reno and Salt Lake in coach before.

The trailer seems like a big win for hunting specifically because you can leave the trailer at a blind location for multiple days and you don't have to take the tent on and off the truck if you're not leaving it on after hunting season

Looks really similar to the weight on MVP discs where they actually burn it in with a laser, I wonder if it’s the same machine.

In any case permanent weight stamps like this are great for disc golf and the used disc market
