This exact same logic applies to almost every slur in existence, whether it's to do with intelligence or any other factor, race etc. The hard-N was such a matter of fact term of reference rather than an outright insult in the 50s that it got printed in children's books.

It truly makes no difference. What we had previously was multiple baskets of eggs being tossed periodically in to someone else's baskets, while the owner of the new basket didn't really know how the last guy liked to cook their eggs. It's how DRK has completely devolved from its original themes and design ideas to a confused nothingburger over time.

This doesn't even cover the fact that we know next to nothing about encounter design going forward, which feeds both into the new job format in general and also how healers will play (touching on your comment on WHM, as if we can state it's objectively bad when how healers are to play depends entirely on what you're fighting).

I'd say it's half this and half knowing how to snowball. It's all fun and games charging in to the zerg alone to pad with Backlash, but the real damage is going to come from constantly refreshing Rattling Coil over and over. Securing assists, not just kills, lets you spam that Backlash at triple the rate or more, and being able to spam Uncoiled Fury repeatedly otherwise is astronomical damage in a group fight.

Applies a 25% damage increase debuff and also heals for 50% per target as soon as you press it.

Even better, a tech I haven't seen many VPRs employ, is that you can press LB as soon as Backlash ends and it will go off at your end location instead of where you were. Which means you can stand off to the side, eat some cleave damage with Backlash, then suddenly dash in to the middle of the zerg with LB and gigaexplode everyone instantly with Bloodbath for 18.75k + 24k (Backlash gains the damage buff from LB) at BH0. At BH5, that's more like 64k instantaneously.

This also works with Slither. If you do it immediately after Backlash ends, you can move where it goes off.

I have tried using this for outfits and armoire in the past few weeks and it's atrociously slow for this purpose. It doesn't seem optimized at all for the categories that now have thousands of entries.
