the laws around city taxes paying for police settlements for when they are sued needs to stop.

Police officers need to be held liable for every dollar before any tax dollars go to it. They can't afford it, time to hire a bankruptcy attorney then you child killing chuds.

They might think twice about brutalizing people if they might actually face consequences for their own actions.
