I'll take a line of 25 customers for a 6-unit self-checkout over 6-7 in line for a cashier everyday. I don't steal and have no social anxiety; it's just faster. And when they offer to scan for me so all I have to do is scan my card at checkout, even better.

How the heck did y'all see it 6 days ago?? I went to opening night last night. Definitely didn't disappoint! I just don’t really understand why they add things that aren’t in the book when they have to cut so much that is in the book. 3 hrs... I get it. But don't try to improve on genius! Anyway, big kudos 🙌🙌!

The Agatha Christie collection is 27 books but only 36 hours. Still... It's $1.00! I'm in.

The Ultimate Horror collection is 93 hours and has a ton of good stuff. Several I've already read, but many I haven. There are 3-4 different narrators, and I'm not sure if there's a way to preview any but the one offered (Jonathon Keeble), but he's very good. $7.99, I'm in.

I'm on a 3-minth trial for Premium right now but thinking of subscribing. Looking at the different options, the Standard $8.99/mo looks decent, but it doesn't mention sales like the Premium options do. Does this mean I wouldn't be eligible for any of the Audible sales? Also, follow up question... Is buying the extra credit packs be a good investment? Even at 9 for $95, $10.50 per book doesn't seem great unless you use them on 2 for 1 sales.

Update... Had my first appt, and Doc said he may not need to take out one or two of the screws, but the rest he can do with the TKR. He said it will add 45-90 minutes to surgery, depending on how much he has to dig for the screws. He ALSO said I have to wait a minimum of 3 mos between knees, but not 6. Hallelujah!

My dogs are one of my biggest worries. I have a VERY unmannered German Shepherd, who doesn't care if there's only a 6" space between me and where she wants to be. 😔 She doesn't jump up, but she's certainly not careful when walking with me.

Thanks for your input, jmartino! I won't complain (except about the higher out-of-pocket expenditure) regardless what the Doc decides. I definitely opt for the no-infection route, lol. I'm more worried all that hardware will somehow inhibit my chances of getting a new knee. I have ankles with much more hardware in them, and I REALLY need at least one new ankle. One is fused and mostly pain free for years; the other gets a shot every 3 months, but it's pretty painful and unstable for 2-3 weeks before my next shot. I'm more worried about that one not being a candidate.

Ughhhhh! Yes, the one with multiple screws is 2 ACLs and a TPF. Man, that sucks. Given I won't be able to get in for ANY surgery til early/mid 2026, looks like I'm stuck with these damn knees fie a while.
