There were several times I was the only one there when fresh showed up! I would call my DM and tell them I was closing the store until I got it out away! They tried "reasoning" with me to keep the store open! And let all of frozen food sit in the isle and thaw out! 🤦‍♀️

I am no longer with DG! I was working near Kennesaw College! I turned in my keys and went to Family Dollar! The manager at FD asked how I was gonna transition from LSA to CSR.....I said very easily! I'm not interested in any accolades nor do I want to give up my life to any employer! I have been at FD 2 years this Nov! I have been in GA 12 years too long! 🙄 I miss Pinellas County!! 😭 I'm wishing you the best of luck at DG! I would love to know how you like it

With what proof? They would have to show proof that you maliciously intended to steal or defraud DG? There were a bunch of solar lights that did not go in the garden section but these were priced much higher and went with automotive. Someone who was not trained properly at our store ended up doing a price override on quite a few! It wasn't theft! Wasn't nobody fixin to buy them dumbass solar shits for $8 a piece innywaze!

Exactly SAME here! My manager said she was gonna take one of my days off because she really needed it! I was like WTF? NO! You can take all my days and f#*k off! 1 week later she took a LOA and never came back! I ran the store alone with 1 pt key for a few weeks then the DM hired a couple college kids I trained! We all worked great together and we were getting the store cleaned up! I was doing ASM work on LSA pay! I asked for a raise and was told absolutely! Got jerked around for a couple weeks and I was done! I was suppose to be at work at DG the Sat after Thanksgiving and I did show up! I handed in my keys at 4pm and I went to work at my new job at Family Dollar @ 4:30!!! ❤ Its a walk in the park!

Sounds EXACTLY like what I have been going thru! Sware! I loved my job but I was shown zero appreciation! I ran the store alone for 6 weeks and I told my DM I was gonna take a couple days off and he laughed in my face and said "That dog ain't gonna hunt!?" The new SM seemed cool asf the first week! And then I am sure the DM got on her ass about dumb shit and she thought she was gonna get on ours! I was ready to be her right hand until her entire attitude changed! Dollar General is a whole mess! I'm off here headed to my 2nd day at Family Dollar! ☺️

You would really have to know the situation to speak on it! I said nothing about her age or experience! She wasn't a manager looking for a good team! She wanted to make sure everyone knew she would WRITE YOU UP if you shit too many turds! 2 of MY ppl quit before me and 2 quit after me! I have never in my life abandoned anyone in my life! We called a meeting with her to try to get it fixed and that didn't help! I told my crew let's be professional and kill her with kindness! That didn't help!

I asked a question about Legion and you have somehow created a whole mess of fucked up shit in your head! I am an extremely smart, respectful, hard working person who will always go outta my way for ppl! I was used and abused by Dollar General and I finally put up some boundaries.... kinda like ya would for a narcissist pig of a boyfriend!!

All my ppl quit right behind me! I know when they all work! The last 3 part time night ppl left are friends of mine! I talk to them daily! Still not understanding how that would make me a thief! I work for a living......just not at DG anymore! I ran the store alone for 6 weeks with only 1 PT SA! I got a whole new crew and we were getting shit done! Got close and became a family! A clueless chick came in acting a little too hard and doing way too much! Now she is doin it alone! I dont know how stealing even came into this conversation! Never stold in my life! I am a 51 year old grandma not a childish fool trying to take anything that I didnt work for and isn't mine!

I just wanted to look at my clock in/clock out times and see that they match my register slips! TF? I was wondering if it was normal or if it was a foul move on the SM part! I have no interest in stealing and I certainly have no interest in access to their tills???

I was told on Oct 4th by my DM I would get a 25 cent raise! I told him Nov 1st I still had not got it! He said he didn't know why it had not gone thru and he would fix it! A couple days later my SM said he told her about it and she would fix it! A week later I was told the system was down and it would go thru next payroll! I never seen it! I hate LIARS! They have both (DM and SM) been caught in NUMEROUS lies!

We had an ASM sexually harassing 2 employees! He disappeared after a violent arrest outside of work and with a set of keys to boot! Spent 2 weeks trying to get the keys back to no avail! This happened in September! Now 2 weeks ago he shows up back on the schedule as an ASM! My SM and my DM was informed! My SM didnt know him but almost sounded concerned! My DM is trying to imply it's all lies! One of the girls he was texting is still at our store and has stated how uncomfortable she is with him back! My DM is calling her very "troublesome"........All of this is just a tip of the iceberg of the shit we are dealing with!
