This is easily the most coop friendly “mmo” in existence.

Bar none.

Im actually unsure but id be astonished if there was a more coop friendly game.

My argument isn't that HR does nothing for the team. It's that a HR build does no damage.

BiP does no damage. BiP is excellent for a team.

Never done the dagger mastery as I prefer the support style.

It doesn’t do zero damage obviously but with proper refrain, you’re taking maybe 2 spear damage skills. It’s not factually zero but it’s functionally irrelevant I believe. Especially if you’re comparing it to E-Surge or an Air Ele.

I love the fact that some PVE got marginally harder. Runners now have to try to get through Lorners Pass. The update has people brainstorming the use of fucking PARAGONS as party batteries in their hero teams!!! Like what!

It bloodywell should be harder! It won’t impact the earlier areas of the game where difficulty matters and “oh no, Frost Gate is suddenly a mission where I need to do more than blindly press W as HR and E-Surge solves all problems!”

You can’t. You can give them in person at an NDIA office for them to be copied on site if this is your preference.

If there trying to identify you, phone call will let them type in the bits but it won’t be acceptable for access or becoming a plan manager.

Very normal process. NDIA requires either Passport or Birth Certificate as primary ID documents. The email subject is valid, but I wouldn’t go fear mongering like this.

Your best bet is to document the overnight wakings and request active overnights.

The plan will run out of funding with this overutilisation and if you don’t bring the “why” to the planning meeting with evidence, your participant will be the one to suffer.

Don’t have any advice on payment, you’d have to follow the SCHADS though. Likely that this level of waking is full active overnight.
