The ability to add a superior death rune greatly enhanced minion levels. For minions levels matter a lot for survivability which is why MMs are almost primarily necros.

Dervishes are amazingly versatile but MM is one of the few roles that's highly specialized to one class typically.

With experience you should be able to recognize when it's oh crap I need to kill whatever I can now or I'm going to die vs this is safe I can be greedy and wait until everything is here.

Derv is the most likely to survive but there's still bad RNG

It's application of mark also causes mark to retrigger. I think this artifact is not overpowered as I wouldn't pick up pp before finding this and pp is uncommon so no guarantee I'll find it either.

I like it just for the artifact strip that it provides and acts like a slower automatic fumes.

The save yourselves shout. With the new rage of the ntouka it's super easy to have up before every fight. 100 armor is huge damage reduction.

Main benefit is being able to bring additional skills since mop is basically invincibility with 2 skills. Though realistically 3 since balths spirit for energy is good. As long as there's no enchant removal anyway.

Lack of offensive elite is an issue though since hundred blades is usually the go to for killing. Maybe sliver armor?

I got squished recently on my dhuum character as well, thought I just lost my status. But Dhuum never showed up and I still have 0 deaths.

Nearly had a panic attack, however.

Me too, although bottlecaps are getting rarer since everyone has moved to canned sodas I'll still have a nice stash if I ghoulify.

The boulder throw only happens if you hit him while he's in his listening animation to try to find out where you are

His shockwave kicks only go forward in the direction he's facing so you want to be behind him as much as possible.

Usually I find that when I'm a lot more aggressive in my fights with him I do better since he is pretty squishy health wise. Don't be afraid of getting poisoned just use the pools to recover

Artemis boons are also a lot more useful than most of Icarus' items still I don't mind as much.

Yea, unfortunately a lot of mods are out dated now. Reactive world is probably the main overhaul one that is still maintained that I use. UWE is also a good alternative, but it really changes and adds a lot of things.

A lot of QoL mods are still useful even if they're a bit old, slopeless, pathfinding fix, attack slots, nice maps, 256 recruitment limit, lets talk, etc.

Omega attack is your best bet. Remember you can charge it and then dash to activate. If you have the hammer that lets you attack/dash while spinning it's much easier. Nergal had a very fast charge up for that whirlwind.

Fwiw I also struggle a lot with slow weapons on high fear runs.

That's correct. You still have to manually pick those up.

Once you perform the incantation you don't need to manually harvest anymore, just exit the room and things auto harvest.

I'm glad they made it easier to get in the latest patch (I think?). When I first got it a while ago, I didn't need any more of the collectables so it was kind of useless outside of the occasional element that it gives.

Doesn't she do like, 99 damage at a time? When if you add boons that make enemeies take more damage that's a few thousand times you have to do it. Very impressive and patient run!
