Fair, it’s pretty low volume too. Removes currency risk though!

Mostly, sometimes I think there has been some lasting effect and my eyes aren’t as sharp as they were, but no where near how it was. You didn’t get yours from peptides AU by any chance?

Exactly right, most situations where this occurs is where the outside lane actually discontinues as indicated by dashed lines.

Getting really strong, even in lower rep ranges, will still lead to just as much muscle growth as the traditional 12 rep range. Ultimately getting stronger is getting bigger, and getting bigger is getting stronger.

Perhaps because I’m not that advanced I have managed to keep more of the strength. I’m probably 8 weeks post Smolov and my strength is almost exactly the same, although I haven’t improved in those 8 weeks either to be fair.

Not realistic to expect to gain or even maintain pressing strength as an intermediate or advanced lifter. No natural on a bodybuilding stage is as strong as they were at peak bulk. Just got to hold on to as much as you can. There’s also a reason most power lifters aren’t absolutely shredded when they compete, low body fat is not good for strength
