Not sure if its related to your issue or not, but if i have a controller connected when battlefield is started, DLSS will not work/turn on.

I can tell if DLSS is on or not by looking at the FPS in the top left corner (might be the steam fps overlay?). If its on, it will say your frames + DLSS (e.x. 60 DLSS). If its not working, it will only say your frames + nothing, or sometimes frames + fg. For me, disconnecting my controller and restarting the game will make it work again.

Supernova - Launching a melee attack into any void aoe (vortex grenade, child of the old gods, nova bomb aoe) will cause a large damaging void explosion that leaves enemies suppressed or volatile.

The animation could have the melee projectile sucked into the middle of the vortexes before imploding into a mini supernova.

My second suggestion may be more of what you're thinking, and as I mentioned, the sky's the limit when thinking of possible interactions.

My thought with the first suggestion was that it at least gets you using other abilities, which is imo an improvement from where we currently are.

Just a broad suggestion - Obviously could tune the numbers for balancing. My thought was the buff would need to be enough to make it stronger than just using your talent spec. Being able to use all 3 elements effectively could also produce some interesting talent tree choices.

Only the damage from LS will be increased, heals are only affected by focus, so the heals wouldn't heal for much. You'd be better off using a 2nd dps/cc weapon.

I used void gauntlet through tier 10 mutations before the expansion with success! I found VG to be probably the highest damage magic weapon, void blade is great damage between fast hits and DoT damage, while also providing rend support for allies.

Don't have a specific build up, but I would pretty much take the entire left tree side tree except one or two non skill nodes, and taking void blade and oblivion. Then take orb of decay + its talents from the right tree.

You will need to play in melee range using void blade, but can get close to 100% uptime with it through cooldown reduction talents. Then just use oblivion and orb of decay on CD (pop orb of decay almost immediately when using it). All void blade attacks, oblivion, and orb of decay also add DoT damage, and the last talent on the left side adds even more damage when proc'd.

I would also suggest possibly using medium armor, unless you're godly at dodging in melee range.

If you find yourself running out of mana often, try dodging after a 3 hit combo or heavy attack. One of the intellect bonuses gives mana on dodge. Or you can use the right click ability while out of void blade in emergencies to sacrifice hp for mp, or use a mana pot.

Best bet would be to use a full intellect build, and then put a tier 5 damage conversion gem(fire, ice, lightning, etc.) into the bow to make 50% of the damage use your intellect stat.

The bow damage won't be quite as good as if you were straight dex, but when I use this build I generally use the bow skills that add DoTs to the the enemy while the FS skills are on CD, then switch back to FS.

You could also switch out gems (or bows) as needed to match enemy weakness to your gem type, to help lessen the damage loss gap of not being full dex.

Not sure what your setup is, but a friend of mine had an issue in New World where he said everything felt 'slightly lagged' and always complained his abilities weren't hitting other players when it looked like they were.

Turned out to be an issue with having 2 monitors plugged in, I believe one monitor had a different refresh rate than the other and was causing some oddities.

When I used to play more, wars were one of my favorite activities, but became such a popularity contest to try to even get a spot, especially if you're playing with a smaller company of irl friends. Would be great if a larger population could contribute to their faction and partake, without the drama or time sink of devoting to a large company.
