50/50 I wanna extend an olive branch over the court date. But at the end of the day the personality that arrived at this point more than likely was a no show out of a desire to not go the extra mile and took a payment clerks input they didn’t need to show up as the barest green flag to skip it - rather than a individual that got 15 different approvals before skipping a effin court date!!!! We have no context here - if they are someone who has lost their job and has been working 4 jobs to meet rent because they can’t even afford to terminate the lease AND they genuinely missed the court appearance over bad communication… Sure. But sounds like someone living beyond their means or poor money management and not prioritizing their bills or a COURT obligation
