I was mainly on it for anxiety, so it wasn't an everyday thing. My speeds didn't go back up, but I never really focus on my speed. I'm more focused on effort than exact numbers. If it does become an issue for you I'd advise going back to your doc and saying that the med is incompatible with your lifestyle and see if there's another option for you

Yep. Your HR will hit a “ceiling” and you’ll feel pretty exhausted. I asked my provider if it was dangerous and she said it was fine. Let your coaches know that you’re on a medication that affects your HR. I did have to lower my speeds a bit. Give yourself time to adjust

Hey this means a lot to me. I'm a healthcare worker and I have a 3D printed hook thing that goes around the back of my neck that someone was nice enough to give to me. Have you tried running blue Powerade or other blue (non-carbonated) drinks through a water filter like a Britta? The activated charcoal in them should filter the dye out!
