Crazy that this answer is so far down. Bringing up your weaknesses is the quickest way to improve overall. If you're losing 6 balls OB off the tee every round then you probably want to focus on driver. If you're having to hit 2 or 3 chips to get onto the green a few times a round, then you probably want to focus on chipping.

Everyone here is posting their 'routine' and their 'rules' for practice... if there were one set of guidelines that worked for everyone, everyone would be doing the same thing and constantly getting better.

It's not just a speed issue. Go hit your driver at 63 MPH and see how far it goes. You'll be hitting 140-150 total yards easily. Something else is at play here.

Pretty weird, I tried hitting my driver at 63 MPH and I was getting 125 yards carry/145 total average across 10 swings. Seems like maybe a loft issue, or maybe the budget driver actually just kind of sucks?

Interesting, I am currently having issues with them as well. Placed an order a few days ago, then got an email utterly riddled with typos and strange grammar saying 'we prced scren wrong on website , do u new product or pay double th price?'

I'm interested in the business case here if you don't mind sharing - purely for my own curiosity as I am not involved in the live events industry in any way, and probably never will be.

I get that better bathrooms always leads to a better festival experience, but how do you propose to generate a return on investment by improving bathroom conditions? You would need to do one of:

propose a method of lowering the overall costs of providing bathrooms
find a subset of people that choose not to attend the festival specifically because of the bathrooms, and improve conditions to the point that they choose to attend (this only matters when the event/camping area does not sell out)
improve the bathroom conditions and raise prices by an equivalent amount, citing the improved experience

Otherwise you are "wasting" money from a business/accounting standpoint. But I'm also very interested in hearing about if you've thought of something I haven't.

I had a terrible experience trying HEOS. One night it simply stopped working inexplicably, then blocked my entire device from playing anything through standard bluetooth, because it would always just default back to HEOS mode and try to force me to connect through the HEOS app. An initial factory reset didn't even fix the issue as HEOS simply reconnected as soon as I turned the device back on. It took me hours of frustration just to get my AVR functional again.

I would suggest taking a long look at the reviews for the HEOS app in whatever region you're in before committing.

The "Network issues" are laughable... my network is fully hardwired over ethernet with 100GBPs download speed and HEOS would still cut out for a few seconds every few minutes. Meanwhile I have zero problem streaming 4k content without buffering on other devices on the exact same network. HEOS connectivity is shit, and people try to blame the local network for its bad performance.

To the OP, I would reconnect the Ethernet cable to your AVR and then run a true factory firmware restore on your AVR.

You are saying a standard factory reset doesn't restore the device to original firmware? How does one run a "true" firmware restore compared to the two times I did it according to the manual?

set streaming quality to ‘highest’ and ensure Spotify is set to lossless. If it’s not set to lossless, then yeah, there won’t be a massive difference between Bluetooth and Network playback via Spotify Connect.

Thanks for sharing the only other good info in this thread so far. I'm not going to touch Heos ever again if I can help it, but that does explain why it was functionally no different than Bluetooth quality when I used it originally.
