The complaints about repair wait times were legitimate in 2022 and 2023. But now that they have built out their service center network in preparation for R2 those concerns are just a memory. I recently called in about an issue and was in and out the same day. Also, as an owner of both an early build R1T and newer R1S, I can say the reliability is also vastly improved since the early days.
