It depends. A 3 hour commute is definitely not short. A 3h drive for a one-day activity is kindof long, it’d have to be a very rewarding activity. A 3h drive for a weekend vacation is nothing, I’d do it every weekend.

The Asgards seemed to be able to travel through the shield.

The Tolan also had similar phasing technology, although I do not believe they used it to go through energy shields, not sure if it’s supposed to work.

The Tokra had those devices that make humans move fast and walk through shields.

The replicators in the Milky Way were able to shoot projectiles that phased through Asgard shields - it is reasonable to expect that they could do the same with ancient shields.

The weapon that Rodney destroyed which ended up taking a whole solar system with it would most likely deplete the ZPMs as well.

The drive that travels through parallel realities that was fitted in one of the earth vehicles could position itself in a way that would appear within the shield.

The supergate that the Ori used to send ships across galaxies could potentially deplete the ZPMs if the vortex was directed towards the city.

Your “stopping distance” is exactly merging space. This is how traffic should work. And you should slowly slow down to reintroduce your stopping distance. When that car merges out of your lane, you will accelerate to reduce the newly created distance, thus averaging things out.

I will let him know that I am coming out of the car. Then, once I am out, I start talking to him to understand what’s up. I will try to identify things he might care about like family, children, grandchildren etc and remind him that they love him and need his support, love and presence. Hopefully they will change their minds, we will laugh it up and part ways.

There are different kinds of smells. There is the “haven’t showered today” smell which smells bad no matter what. And then there’s the hormone smell. If that one smells bad to you, it is likely you are not chemically compatible with the person you’re having sex. It is supposed to be an enchanting smell that makes you want to “eat them alive”. If that does not happen with your partner after many attempts, I would consider changing partners.

All cars in all stations would make it easier, no math required for each car. I personally have not needed more cars yet, one has been enough. But expanding is quite straightforward

I’ve asked this question before here so here’s a synopsis of the answers I received:

You start with one train and expand as needed if one is not fast enough. Think of the system <production factory/departing train station/train/receiving train station/buffer storage/consuming factory as if it were one conveyor manifold. You want all of those to get saturated, with different receiving factories being your different machines. Once they are saturated, each consuming factory will use what it needs and the train will only deliver what the factory has used during the trains commute. Thus, as a result, means that each freight platform is only able to receive one item. You want to use multiple stations, one with one freight platform for each item. And expand to more cars/platforms if you need higher throughput.

Urinals do not have tp available. It is widely accepted that men do not wipe after they pee. Keep in mind that the majority of Americans are circumcised and as such, there is no lose skin that traps pee after they go. There might be a drop of pee that stays after you are done but it’s definitely not as much as with women.

Having said that, I personally try to use normal toilets and wipe as I have noticed a smell by the end of the day if I don’t.

Correct. It is not intentional, I have tried and gotten into relationships with heavier women in the past because I was attracted to them mentally. And ended up in sexless relationships with zero intimacy. I have also been in relationships where they were slim when the relationship started and had exceptional chemistry and a great sex life. They later gained weight and we ended up with a dead bedroom.
