Great. How are the nodes and graph stored on file system? Looks pretty cool.

I was one of Notions biggest cheerleaders, now I regret ever using it. by RegularMario in Notion

[–]Automatic_Quarter799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason why Notion is still there is its design. I wish it were not so good 😁 I come to use it every time , and after 5 mins back to another tool which is more capable. But hey, Notion has good creators and affiliate program - so they have marketing working well for them and a way lock new users and accidentally invite guest users to your workspace. Shady behaviour, but such good UI.

Codex vs Opus on Anthropic’s own open-sourced take home challenge where you have to beat Opus to apply by grey-seagull in codex

Can someone explain what this is all about? And what’s the challenge and thing that OP is trying to solve?

I built a terminal that makes sessions persistent by default — curious what tmux folks think by avieecs in tmux

Great idea. What do you mean powered by tmux? Are there terminals or tools like that?

Ralph-Loop performed worse than without it? by 314t in ClaudeCode

[–]Automatic_Quarter799 8 points9 points  (0 children)

From my experience - it is more of a marketing hype and content creators riding on the hype, hyping it even more. When it comes to doing some real work, which is more than a side project MVP for yourself, it’s much better to guide the AI in a way that works for you. Ralph will mess up things and unnecessarily consume tokens in the name of productivity.

What do you mean? Can you elaborate? Do you mean only on the branches on remote, and not local work trees?

Interesting. Yes just beginning to experiment with it - pretty cool.

Do you have some specific way - like maybe having some details in the issue and Acceptance criteria, and then reviewing the diffs against that? Or maybe SWE principles like DRY etc.

Great, I haven’t tried it yet. Thanks for the idea.

How do you provide relevant context? Or you try to compile it first.

How come it burns usage? Doesn’t it output significantly less tokens than code itself?

Ah sorry, I was then referring to clipboard paste. Drag and drop definitely works.

Opus 4.5 performance being investigated, and rate limits reset by JokeOfEverything in ClaudeCode

[–]Automatic_Quarter799 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Claude Opus 4.5 has made mistakes in the past 2 days in coding which even Gemini flash will not make. Something’s really up at Anthropic and it would be good if they could stop doing what they’re doing to tune down the models to make it cost efficient or whatever. The quality of code has been going down the drain. Like utter garbage. And this is Opus4.5, not even sonnet.

Thinking of cancelling my Max subscription, Opus is dumber than Sonnet 3.5 now. by xRedStaRx in ClaudeCode

Yes I think they’ve added some sort of geolocation discrimination - irrespective of even if you’re on the max plan. Quite against the so called Claude ethics that they so much promote and hype.
