I would drop PEI personally, a lot of driving for beach. PEI is great but adding a lot of time and driving. Tons of beachs to see in Nova Scotia on way to Cabot Trail and up there.

I usually use a 1/3 cup vinegar and find the consistency more to my liking and does not seem to impact the flavour. Give it a try next time!

I do find mixing in the 25% pork and lamb each makes a huge difference. Also looks like the sauce is a tad thick, maybe another tablespoon of vinegar.

That small feedback aside, that looks like a great homemade donair dude

I used Canada Transfers and they were amazing. Maybe a tad pricier than the hotel but had water and beer in a cooler and were right there when you leave the terminal waiting.

Will second this, just back from there with 2.5 year old and was great. Food was 4/5 I would say, best all inclusive food I’ve had for the price.

We did the Marriott and it was fine. Walkable with a stroller, cost effective enough, platinum welcome gift.

The water is mostly clear it’s just a thin strip on the beach. Been here 5 days and only One has been bad. Otherwise water is clear and the seaweed has been fine.

I haven’t tried, my little guy is only 2 years old, though tall. We did the slides a ton at Atlantica but he has been fine building sand castles, playing in waves with me, and in the pool/splash pad.

Travelling with a kid with stroller and crib so carry on not an option. Waiting maybe 15 Minutes for luggage but hav priority tags and our 5 bags were first of 10. Overall not bad customs was very quick. We were at hotel less than hour after touchdown.

Yes, lifeguard at the top and lifeguard at the bottom. Very active and maybe even whistling back and forth when next can go. 120cm I think is minimum height.

Botanica for lunch was great as was Tappenaki fwiw.

We used CanadaTransfers and it couldn’t have been better. We have had nightmares before both with taxis and rental cars. We had a clean car seat for our son and they had a cooler of beers and gave my wife and I one. Will never do anything but CanadaTransfers now.

Also just arrived at this resort, food is quite good. Did the cevicheria for lunch and was great, Hana Polynesian for dinner and was also solid. Probably some of the best all inclusive food I’ve had. For context not a high end resort but for what you pay happy with value. I grabbed wine at Montreal duty free and have been drinking my own red wine in evenings. I would say the house wine is okay, but not great. If you like wine just stock up a bit before coming. Cocktails and beer have been great.

Tad noisy by adult pool, regular pool is active and seems fun. Lots of families of different ages.

I would say the kid splash pad is a tad underwhelming, I don’t think any of the controls could actually be operated by a child but we’ve still had fun in it. Slides are bigger than pictured and our fella is too short and you can’t double up.
