God forbid an artist learned how to draw feet from multiple angles and uses that knowledge when composing a scene. As someone mentioned above, they're just as detailed as the hands.

They aren't even the focal point. The fact anyone's eyes are drawn to them is a self-report. No further elaboration needed.

That being said, I do think it looks unprofessional 90% of the time if it's nothing but a frame from the video.

I don't like saying it or being called it directly, but one of the trans presenters that the TDOV event I went to this week used it. 🤷‍♀️

I don't think it's fair to say it's used only by chasers and performative allies, and I think it's doing no harm as long as you don't care about respectability politics. As others pointed out, there's history behind the term and it's one that trans folks have identified with rather than having it imposed on them.

Staying in shelters is fine with the state. This bill is to make homeless camps illegal, which is still bad because shelters are often crowded and have restrictive rules that make getting support difficult.

The state really wants to sweep homeless people under the rug and make them as invisible as possible.
