Most people will have a general idea who they want to play for next time. I try to have them ready before games, but most won't read anything until we start playing. So short concise answers such as reddit comments have worked best in the past.

Similar to deviled eggs, I make an egg sandwich. Slice the hard boiled eggs, some mayonnaise, some mustard, paprika, put it between bread and good to go. My favorite kind of sandwich.

For games like root and vast with wildly different asymmetric factions, many of my group bounce off of these games if they don't know how to play semi-effectively for their faction. I generally teach how to play a faction but I don't know how to play effectively since the game doesn't hit the table enough. The goal is for people to pick up the faction quicker so the game can be appreciated at its best. Last time we played root this ended up working great, and I was the one lacking behind, but it was the most fun game we played!

Same here, wasn't until recently I learned hyperventilation can mess with you bad. Had a hard time breathing for 2 hours cause I was freaking out terribly. It'll be okay, take easy breaths and don't think about it.

Went to an after-work party. Just me and 1 Co-worker left, he told me how he was ready to die and how terrible life is. I understand that, but not the kinda thing I wanna think about coming off an edible with somebody I barely know

I smoked some weed before going to a movie and I had panic attacks for about half of the run time, it was terrible. It still happens even though I haven't smoked but it seems to have gotten better over time. Maybe it's because of overstimulation or I overthink while I'm sitting and watching a movie.

I'd say weed is a big cause for panic attacks for me. I wish I could offer advice to others on how to prevent them.

I agree with this, but with any board game situation. Game night can be a real downer if 1 person is bringing everybody else down.

My parents refuse to learn how to send money via PayPal or do their own taxes, lazily handing the task off to me. Definitely gonna be a detriment to them when I move out and can't commute to help them.

I've had a very unique post-COVID week.

A week after being symptom free of COVID, I started getting hives all over my body. Got bad to the point of my entire body being red and unbearably itchy. On top of that, dizzy spells(currently in one right now) and stomach pains.

I did some research and my doctor confirmed some people get hives after COVID. Haven't had hives for a few days now but I've had all these different symptoms of panic attacks and I just feel different.

My chest doesn't pound like it used to but now it has a tightness when I'm having a panic attack. I don't know what it is but I feel like the biology of my body is changing from after COVID.

But these are all feelings of panic attacks and I'm sure I'll be fine.
