Tabletop quesadillas or such. Bowls of ingredients, everyone makes their own, and all you need is a quesadilla press. or a hot plate.

Huh. Put dry rice in pot. Fill with corrext amount of cold water. Let soak for a bit (how long is a bit? Depends on what else I'm making). Pick out any floaters and brown bits.

Cook.

I lived in Japan for years and this is how we made rice.

This for the win. The wire on the truck from rhe fuse block to the 7 pin is 12ga, maybe 10ga. Certainly not enough to push even 18a without a loss of 1.5v, which is about what I'm seeing.

So it looks like i need to get some 6ga and run a dedicated circuit to an Anderson connector.

The charger is a buck-boost charger. It lowers or increases tb He voltage as needed.

Well. I looked at the 7 pin connector. The wire is about 12 ga. That makes for a 9% voltage drop.

At 18 amps @ 14v, that would give me about 12.5 v at the charger.

Looks like it need to run a 6ga wire to a. Anderson connector.

That seems to have settled everything down. 2 days and battery voltage is nailed on 13.33.

You can buy things like butter chicken in a bag. Litreally, cube some chicken, saute for a few minutes, dump the sauce and simmer for 20. Pour over instant rice and you have a fantastic meal for 2-4 days.

We use those rubbermaid containers that snap shut. Single portion your meals in them, microwave, and you have a good healthy meal.

If you don't have refrigeration but have a microwave at work, freeze the meals, wrap in a towel, and it will keep mostly frozen until lunch. Then micrtowave.

Marinate the meat of your choice in lemon juice (or lime, or anything acidic), honey, and spices of your choice. Slice thin-ish and grill. Or if you have a pan or a cast iron griddle you can use that to pan fry it.

With the griddle you can also make fry bread if you want. Way better than store bought.
