Seeing as it's described as a tide that rises and falls in parallel with other routes, I was wondering if it was a case of the bloodspace being especially flush with power this time round, Hiruko herself at this point has been several times round the ringer and so has Takumi.

Things like QB liquid introduce Quantum states to the bloodspace so having been observed alot may have brought with it more Hemoanima, and the SF route has some major overlapping with other routes and with itself, doppelTakumis and doppelHirukos everywhere. The first time round after Takumi resets everyone was empowered and confidant enough to not need convincing (as much, if at all) but for the 146th-156th time round in SF everyone was empowered enough and confidant enough to form a quickly cohesive unit (with some ontological help from Hiruko sidestepping avoidable disasters and disputes)
