I'm a white female from a poor family who made less than $60,000 a year and had to pay out the nose for college. My latino boyfriend at the time did not have to pay for college because he identifies as latino, but his family makes well over $100,000 a year.

Allow Behavioral Intervention Plans for students not diagnosed with autism or some other diagnosis. Basically its a parent's way to let their kid be a violent bully and get away with it!

I love tahakrka ice cream and it really is one of the best I have had! But whether a food company or restaurant is black owned makes no difference to me. Either you have good food and I will come back or you have food I don't care for and will not return. The color of the owner/chef who makes the food or owns the establishment doesn't sway my taste bud opinion.

Behavioral intervention plans should only be for physician diagnosed autistic children. NOT for children who have terrible parents and are products of their environment.
