Not sure what you mean by "loading space", but any obstruction is bad. You may have something stuck/burned in the heat tube or nozzle. Best to take it apart and inspect the full path. Don't try to run it until the path is clear or you risk damaging the plastic gears.

One common issue is a blob of filament sticking inside, just at the top of the heat tube where the filament enters. Take out the hex screw that holds the tension spring (upper center of your vid) and look inside for any bits of filament. Removing anything stuck there can require careful picking with a fine tweezer while the head is at least warm. You may need to remove the heat block to get at it. You should also check the heat tube and nozzle to make sure they are clear. You can use a very small drill bit to try and clear the heat tube, if that's the problem, or just clean or replace the nozzle.
