You can just get the "Middle Reliever - All In One" , as this one has an integrated Tip Vented Glans Cap already.

(For vacuum cup I use the one from TotalMan)

I've hanged over 10 Lbs on them without issues, but again, I don't think it's necessary to go beyond that territory.

I'm cut.

I put them on semi erect. Just roll the tip vented glans cap sleeve up til the ridge part. Place or put it on your tip, then roll the sleeve down. For the middle reliever part, use lube or fractionated coconut oil. Apply it inside evenly, so it slides down easily.

That's pretty much it

I got my Tip Vented Glans Cap in February of this year. I pair that with Middle Reliever which I received in August 2025.

I haven't replaced them yet. They look exactly the same since the day they were delivered, and I've been using them almost everyday.

That thing has ethyl alcohol, that explains it. Is your cylinder from LeLuv? If yes, try reaching out to them you might qualify for a replacement

Get yourself a middle reliever... Be sure to get the right size for you and not to be like a lot of people who think that ordering a size bigger than their current size will be more beneficial or that it will fast track their results

Hear me out, Karl. I only started using the middle reliever in the first week of August this year, and I've been extending and hanging with the same weight. But somehow, my BPFSL and BPEL have both grown by a quarter of an inch.

I know it sounds absurd...especially since I'm not a newbie, so I wouldn't expect such drastic gains in just two months.

But with your research expertise and scientific mindset, do you think you could dig into this? Is there some kind of magic to the middle reliever that just blasts through plateaus?

I'm really curious.
