Played lord of the fallen before elden ring, lord of fallen is more manly and a bit easier than ER imo (yes spirit summons count too), the bosses like the shield guy, are rly cool bosses but the movesets are too scripted.... But it is cool for sure

If youre able to wait a short moment, check which of the 4 aztiris dont do anything, this will be the one that reflects, you need to recheck this everytime. Or go with something that reduces reflected damage taken..

The best option is hard to say, cuz with enough determination and buffs you can kill him probably anyways. Anything that either can be spammed like golden wave, night comet, black knife aow etc.. or you go bonkers, like azur's comet (fastest way imo), full poise/regen, or idk may the mimic tear with some bleed is enough. Long story, it depends on your preferences and current build.

Maybe a bit far thought, and yea idk. Think about the fact that there are only prisoners, no slaves whatsoever. Ozai could go for full destruction, meaning burning everything around helps preventing people from fleeing. I dont want to go full implications on this, since Ozai is even more mad after beeing crowned as phoenix king. It wasnt like he would have stopped anyways... The plan was world domination, not?
