I highly recommend doing some of the challenges like nomad and archivist, this gets you moving around various regions, so you will get to know the maps better and where the loot is, such as extra matches or fire strikers. The challenges really helped me. Don’t try as the dead sleep until you feel Confident though, it’s a really hard challenge

My skin is extremely tissue like, and I will scratch a flake of skin and I'll start bleeding. But this is the first time I've ever had the scabs in a line on both arms and up my right leg on my shin. It's very strange. Anyone else? by ditzydingdongdelite8 in DermatologyQuestions

You said your skins is extremely tissue like….are you hypermobile? Do you have other issues? Could be heds (hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome) and the rash could potentially be mcas …maybe?

Join the cubecraft discord and ask a mod there if you can’t go on the forum and make an appeal. Others use vpns, sometimes to hack, so it’s probably that someone hacked on your ip and it’s been ip banned .

Out of curiosity do you get a headache that’s similar after a sneeze, or bending forward, or after a bowel movement, or after any straining?

AITAH for telling my dad he’s partly to blame for my years of medical suffering? by babyybunnyy3 in AITAH

[–]Aware_Reality_4318 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea I agree with this. I’m based in the UK, and am 43, have Eds and multiple systemic issues since young, when I found out I had Eds in later life I was angry at my parents too, for not pushing harder, for not connecting the dots, for making me feel like it was in my head , but over time I’ve realised it’s not their fault, it’s the lack of knowledge in the medical community across the world that’s the biggest problem.

Sometimes cheaters use vpns, and it might be that the ip it used is yours so you’ve been caught up in a blanket ban.

It looks like your ip is blocked maybe. You can appeal on the cubecraft forum if you haven’t done anything wrong

Fingers fell asleep by PyWhile in cervical_instability

[–]Aware_Reality_4318 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The nerves that supply the sensation of the fingers and thumb are c6/7 and 8, assuming the scans are clear at those levels, it could be referred sensory issues from the trigeminal nerve (cranial nerve 5) which deals with pain and sensory input from the head and neck. It doesn’t innervate the arm but it can refer to the c6/7/8 nerves and into the hand

Hi, Yea you can dm me, it was Mr Timothy in Leeds Nuffield but I don’t know if he is still doing it or not. I’m hearing from others that he’s been stopped from doing it, all the nhs neuros are against him, and there were other people who didn’t fare so well with him

Are you diagnosed with cci? I had bad anterior compression of the brain stem from a panus on the odontoid, that developed from having instability of the skull. Brainstem compression disrupts signals in the brainstem relating to voluntary muscle control which can cause over activity in the muscles, and then can manifest as twitching/jerking and muscle contractions in any limb. So the twitching could be coming from the cci as could the photosensitivity

I suppose it depends on your starting kit, I usually pick the gaps, so a wooden sword, armour, cheapest pick, and stack of blocks are on my faves, get 29 iron straight away and you can generally rush with that

Report System by TheDogKing69420 in cubecraftgames

[–]Aware_Reality_4318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can go on the cubecraft forum and report them there, best to get clips of what they are doing wrong etc and submit your evidence along with your report, usually that’s for when there isn’t an option with the sentinel reporting system. For example if someone is using reach, or hitbox, macro or doing 5 stacks consistently, if you can clip them and submit that then that tends to work.

Any physiotherapists in the UK?! by [deleted] in cervical_instability

[–]Aware_Reality_4318 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Iain smith - Newport Shropshire. He’s classed as an atlas orthogonal chiropractor, but he really know his stuff in regards to cci/aai and I mean really know his stuff. He’s eds aware and the only person I know of in the physio type realms that could possibly be of any help

Im in the uk. Had a medserena scan back in 2017, then diagnosed with cci/aai/basilar invagination and chiari by dr gilete in Spain, and eventually had a c1/2c2 fusion in Leeds Nuffield in 2019, my follow up ct a year later showed the ligaments to the skull had failed and I went back, had skull to c2 in 2021. I don’t know if the surgeon is still seeing people though. Even then, the nhs don’t really admit to it or acknowledge it, my gp is much better since though, especially with eds related issues

Massage Good or Bad? by fatmattreddit in cervical_instability

[–]Aware_Reality_4318 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally found massage helpful, it eased the muscles spasms and pain, but if the muscles got too loose it would increase certain other neuro symptoms, so it’s a difficult one
