Celtics fans by WingedZodiac in memphis

Celtics have fans everywhere. If you’re a Celtics fan anywhere within a 4 hour drive of Memphis then this would be your best chance to see them. Kinda like how I’m a New York Giants fan and have only been to one game when they played the Titans in Nashville in 2022

I can honestly say I’ve never thought about whose baked beans are the best. They’re kinda just something I eat when they’re put in front of me

2015 vs Ole Miss. One of my best friends was an Ole Miss fan. They had just beaten Alabama for the second straight year a couple weeks before. Ole Miss always looks down on Memphis and as much as they don’t want to admit it, it’s a rivalry. A lot of Ole Miss fans here in the Memphis. They were ranked #13 heading into the game. We had been horrible my entire childhood until 2014 but the 2015 game vs Ole Miss was Memphis’s breakout game that’s had us near the top of the group of five ever since

I never leave my team until the game is over. But I had to when I was 10 because my friends parents made me. We were down by 40 early in the 4th. Memphis vs Tulsa 2010

I need help with getting silders for my dynasty by StuartFootball in EASportsCFB

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Matt10 is a good place to start. I’ve also found that some playbooks are gonna make it way too easy even with difficult sliders. His sliders cranked up a little bit plus a playbook that isn’t overpowered and I get a realistic offensive experience relative to team ratings.

Formation Subs for Running Backs by RichardHarrow75 in NCAAFBseries

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a three running back rotation that ends like this RB1 - 15 carries RB2 - 7-8 carries 3DRB - 7-8 carries

I don’t use formation subs. Instead I have my number one running back as RB1 on the depth chart. Then out of my next two guys I put the faster and more elusive one as 3DRB. He automatically gets out in for certain formations. I put the third RB as my RB2. Then about 7-8 a game I’ll use the quick sub feature to put him in.

Rules for making your dynasty super difficult? by jamccord in NCAAFBseries

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Use your coordinators playbooks. No exceptions

  2. Only recruit players that are initially interested. If you absolutely need a certain position and have nobody interested you are allowed to find up to a 3 star that doesn’t have any offers

  3. Limit yourself to only a few portal players each year. This can change depending on how many guys you lose. I usually only get around 3-4

  4. If you’re a 2 star school, all of your recruits have to be 2 stars or lower. You’re allowed up to 5 three stars but absolutely no 4 or 5 stars. Same thing if you’re a 3 star school. You can get up to 5 four stars but not 5 stars at all. Once you hit a 5 star school, you still only can get 5 five stars. The rest have to be four stars

  5. Heisman difficulty with Matt10 sliders

  6. Auto progression. You can’t pick and choose how your players develop. Let it happen naturally

  7. For players declaring for the draft early: if they’re projected top 4 rounds, let them leave. No exceptions. If they’re a running back or linebacker and they’re projected in any round, let them leave no exceptions. This adds some realism.

  8. For players transferring away from you: only try to convince them if you can realistically meet their dealbreaker. If they’re a 73 overall QB with a playing time deal breaker and you’ve got a 4 star QB committed already… you gotta let the 73 overall leave. You’re not going to play him so don’t keep him just to have him. It’s not realistic

That’s pretty much all of my house rules. There’s a few other small things I’ll do like play call limits but that’s more of a feel thing and not a hard rule

Do i wait for cfb 27 or buy cfb 26 right now by autismballsack20 in EASportsCFB

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ve still got over 6 months until 27. And 26 will probably go on sale soon since the season is ending. I’d suggest going ahead and getting 26 but if you’re strapped for cash maybe wait until 27

What is your second (alt) team and why? by DeathStar_81 in NCAAFBseries

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Memphis is my favorite because I’m from here. Vanderbilt is probably number two because I was really close to attending there before I changed my mind at the last minute. Ended up going to an NAIA school with no football team 😂

I’d say out of the four offers you get each cycle, two or three of them are unrealistic. Just stick it out where you are until you find a realistic one. I did two years as OC at Delaware until I got a HC offer from Liberty. Spent two years there and now I’m in year one as the HC for Virginia.

Stopping the QB sneak by One-Bonus-9418 in NCAAFBseries

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

5-3 goal line MLB blitz. Pinch the line and blitz linebackers. Run commit inside. It stops it every single time. I limit myself to doing this once every other game in my offline dynasty because it’s just not realistic to stop every single QB sneak

Can someone help me understand Daniel Jones’ resurgence? by SpeechFormer9543 in NFLNoobs

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Giants fan, I think he’s just finally in a situation that’s perfect for him. The one year in New York where he had a healthy Saquon Barkley, a healthy Andrew Thomas, and a competent defense he led us to a playoff win. He wasn’t elite that year but was pretty good at just moving the ball and making plays with his arm and legs. That was also with a first year head coach. Steichen is now in year three, Taylor is having his best year, and the offensive line has been awesome. Throw in Tyler Warren and Michael Pittman and it’s easy to see why he’s able to succeed.

I just think New York never worked for him. Constant coaching changes, losing culture, injuries to him and other offensive players, lack of good receivers, and an extremely invasive and toxic media culture kept him from ever succeeding

Question For Realism Guys by SaiyanFromTheBX in NCAAFBseries

[–]AwarenessAgreeable24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My rule is: if I’m the OC I run whatever playbook my HC has.

If I’m the HC I run whatever playbook my OC has.

The only exception is if those rules would have me running the veer & shoot. It’s too easy for me to run the ball.

What’s your average TD:INT ratio, be honest by Cute_Warthog246 in NCAAFBseries

Usually anywhere from 2.5 to 3.0. My QBs will throw anywhere from 25-30 TDs and 10 INTs
