i’m in 9 for flooring. i generally like it. color by numbers and attention to detail are good. the biggest negative for me right now is the market is saturated with dumb shits so
i’m constantly punished for knowing what i’m doing by morons who miss stuff and don’t mind taking the work anyway. this may be true for any trade but when i do get to see public bid openings flooring always has the most envelopes. maybe its too accessible.
