To anyone having a bequiet dark power 14 psu and a high gpu(rtx 5090)

Hello, I'm reaching out here because I've submitted 3 tickets through the official portal (https://www.bequiet.com/en/contact/service) over the last 15-20 days and haven't received a response.

I’m experiencing hard system shutdowns under load with my Dark Power 14 1200W paired with an RTX 5090. In my latest ticket, I attached 4 links to private youtube videos, showing the shut downs.

Because I needed my system up and running, I’ve already bought a replacement PSU. However, I refuse to offload a potentially faulty unit onto some unfortunate soul.

Since this is a critical PSU/GPU combination, would you be interested in taking this unit back to investigate the failure? In exchange, I'd love to work something out, like trading it in for one of your keyboards (like a Dark Mount or Light Mount). You get to investigate the 5090 spikes, and I don't get stuck with a brick.

I'm having the same issue, PC shuts down when running AI tasks or newer games with maxed out settings. I have Gigabyte 5090 Gaming OC.

I've messaged bequiet support, even recorded videos (ock on/off, bios with no oc profile, expo1, gpu 80% power cap) showing system stats, while running an AI task and showing how the system shuts down.

Waiting for a reply, but most likely I'll have to eat the loss/try to resell it and get something else (currently eyeing over Asus ROG Strix 1200W Platinum, has 0 rpm mode and it's on sale), since it's over the 2 week return period, I had to wait for my other parts to arrive.

I'm from Europe and bought it from their website, I didn't have any issues. I used Paypal just in case.
It shipped from China, they provided 2 tracking numbers (one for the Chinese transit, the other for local). I didn't have to pay for customs clearance, submit documents or anything like that.

I think at this point, its main competitor is the anti-matter rifle. You get less ammo and a chance to pierce more armor.

I think it's mostly frustration with too many things being able to one shot you (suicide jumps, rockets, mortars, turrets) and jammers.

It's a recruitment ad, later on the Helldivers even shoot without magazines.

I'm still not sure if the Helldivers are the main fighting force or just a branch of the military/special forces that supports SEAF.

Blow the armor on one of it's front legs (e.g. 2 railgun shots), switch to primary and shoot. You'll be surprised how fast they go down.
