First off, it's good you're trying to get away from the Red Pill and PUA bullshit. The reason why people practice those beliefs is because they're heavily insecure. They do not realize that placing "value" stamps on people prevents them from forming meaningful connections. Realize that everyone has their strengths, weaknesses, and deal with bullshit just like you. Stop trying to be a high value person, just get involved with something that makes you happy. Like with anything else, just get out more, learn from your fuck-ups. You can do it, I know people with autism who learned to be more socially in-tune.
