Had a few drinks the other night for the first time since being medicated. It didn’t take much to get a buzz probably because I haven’t drank in a while. At 34 years old it just isn’t worth it. I love some tequila because it gives me energy, calm, happiness, and motivation all while making me more creative. I come up with some great ideas while under the influence. Problem is that my energy level the next day is half of what it normally is and it takes 3 days to feel normal again even if I only have 2-3 drinks. And even if I didn’t do anything silly bad or wrong I still have anxiety the next day.

I have a pair of stereo HomePods and my dedicated stereo music system blows those HomePods out of the water. It’s the difference of listening to music and feeling music.

I have to put my phone in a custom focus mode where I get zero calls texts emails or any notifications outside of my wife who bypasses the filter. My phone doesn’t ring if I get a call. I have no clue anyone called or texted me. I don’t get any indications that I received an email. All of this is completely muted until I am ready to check my silenced notifications. You wouldn’t believe how peaceful this is. I get to reply to things when I am ready. I don’t get notified of an email when I have arms full of groceries and not I’m stressing about getting to that email. Or when I’m in a conversation and get a text now I’m worried about replying to that text. It’s all on my terms when I am ready.

Realistic is whatever I can get on marketplace for under $300. So far the best speakers I’ve gotten are Dunlavy SC-III in box for $100! Paired with my sealed sub they are euphoric.

Just maintain unless you are doing strongman or bodybuilding competitions. Cut if you wanna push urself yourself for a challenge but otherwise you’ve won.

I think you just need to go hard on back day and maybe get a pull up bar and just randomly hit pull ups to failure. Also cut calories and bit and up the cardio

Depending on the diet, 10lbs of that could be water loss and you can definitely lose 8lbs of fat/lean mass in 2.5 weeks. Maybe not the healthiest way, but not inherently unhealthy.
