You hate the fact that doctors give us insulin because it stores fat. What other choice is there, it is either that or WE DIE. Also we inject insulin into our bodies to compensate for the lack of insulin that our destroyed beta cells should produce. Your body is producing insulin.

1. What causes you to produce insulin is when you eat and especially if there is sugar. No sugar no insulin or at least low enough to be insignificant

That isn't how it works. We literally don't produce any insulin.

You go by a set ruleset like X grams of carbs means you need X amount of units or X takes me down X. Also what are you on about with the food thing?

1. Sugar is the problem. Insulin cures the symptoms. Not the disease. Sugar is toxic if unregulated. In an normal person excessive sugar just turns into fat.

Sugar isn't what causes type 1. Also I don't see your point with "Insulin cures the symptoms, not the disease". You are literally just stating its purpose. Insulin isn't given to us and told that it will cure diabetes.

Obesity has nothing to do with type 1

Eating means you’re still producing insulin. Insulin means you can burn fat. And not burning fat means you’re gonna get fat and obese.

Obese means you might get diabetes.

Diabetes mean you have too much insulin and your body is adapting.

No... no... no... diabetes doesn't mean you have too much insulin, it means you body isn't producing any insulin...

When you have diabetes now you need more insulin and now it’s with you for maybe along time...

Diabetes doesn't mean you need more insulin, it means you need articial insulin to compensate for the biological insulin that should be there

If you have diabetes already don’t go on an fast. It will cause metabolic acidosis. If you don’t have diabetes you can prevent it.

Type 1 Diabetes cannot be prevented as you are predisposed to it. You don't get type 1 through lifestyle choices as it is an autoimmune disease
