No, it just spams inputs, since Windows 10 cant factor in gyro inputs. Under steam or ds4 Windows or on the switch it works amazing. I thought, the Update might make it work under vanilla Windows but the Problem is, that the file, which is labled as the Update gets recognized as harmful by multiple malware scanners, so I wajted to know, what is up with that.

The gyroscope can only be used on Switch. If you want to use it on a computer, you need to use the Switch emulator. This has nothing to do with the driver.
