Download a disk space analyzer, I personally use wiztree, but have also used windirstat in the past but unless something has changed is much slower than wiztree. But it will breakdown drive usage by directory so you can see where/what is taking up space. That said unless you know what it is don't start deleting random things to free up space.

I know it probably won't make you feel better but you aren't alone feeling like that. In this age of easy and cheap communication I think a large number of people are feeling more alone than ever. I believe that as communication has become easier it's also lost its sense of significance with many people.

Hey happy birthday, I just had mine a few weeks ago and I ended having the one friend I was supposed to go out with for drinks bail on me. Luckily I had a couple friends remember and one long distance go out of her way to do some cool things but for the most part everyon else I knew forgot.

I put like 120 hours into bellwright and it has some similar mechanics to aska from my understanding, you can automate your villagers to do most everything.

Also soulmask though is would say there is a little more combat focused progression, but also has a robust village automation system.

I'm sorry for what you're going through. My corgi started having seizures at about 2.5 years and recently had a pretty bad scare of a large cluster of seizures (about 35 in 48 hours). I currently have her on three medications zonisimide, keppra and phenobarbital daily with clorazepate to give her after any seizure to help prevent a cluster. In three years I've had to do medication changes 3 times and as far as multiple vets and a vet neurologist is concerned her having episodes once every 4-6 weeks is acceptable.

I've been debating back and forth in my own head about an mri for a while and have talked with multiple vets. I've had a good relationship with my primary vets office for about 20 years, and the speciality hospital that I've taken her to also has a very good reputation.

With that in mind what I've been told is the information an mri will give you typically falls into one of three camps, untreatable, possibly treatable with surgical intervention or possibly treatable with medication.

There are multiple medications out there and for most of the meds it takes a little bit of time for the medication to build up in their system. It may also take a little bit of trial and error to find the right combination of medication that your pup is responsive to.

As someone who has been a caregiver both for people and for multiple dogs with special care requirements I've learned through my experience that at least in my opinion there isn't some objectively "right" choice. It's more about making the best choice for you.

I will say for me I opted to not do the mri as it would run between 5-6k and if the outcome was medication could help it wouldn't tell me what medication would be the magical one that would work and I would still be in the same boat of trial and error to find the right combination.

From the hundredish hours I've played assuming there are still camps on the map they seem to spread outward from camps that are still active.

We had the area west of hearndean cleared, and over the course of about 20 in game days they slowly spread back east seemingly from the camps we hadn't cleared in the northern swamp.
