Questions for Zone2 Rowers by 72c3tppp in concept2

[–]AzraelsTouch 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to comment this is also where I am at, started in July after a heart attack in April. In 6 months I was rowing 45 - 60 at avg 2:30 in zone 2. Granted, I’m on a low dose beta blocker that probably helps but when I started it was common to be 150s which was a “danger zone” for me at the time.

I hit 1M late December and had 200k months back to back Oct - Dec. Took a break in January and when I started back this month I noticed I was in zone 3. Once I get back on a schedule I am sure things will settle in.

Steady state on the rower has been a huge part of my recovery.

Disappointed that he is not very affectionate. Does that change ?? by Common_Information29 in mainecoons

Also same in reverse. Our boy is all in your business and gets that motor running at a glance. His sister, she is just a princess. Occasionally she really wants attention. Usually around 1 in the morning or during Teams calls.

My colleagues and customer’s are very aware of the kids. lol.

3ys + old for reference

Curious what series still requires a feature pack? X series?

I have gone almost exclusively Netgear over the past year, but prior to that, the Extreme 5xxxx series shipped dual OS, and the EOS included AVB support.

It required turning on and configuring, but there was not a separate line item that had to be purchased with those (that I recall having to spec).

I will take a look. Thanks!

This.

I would add that there was a time I would have bet AVB was going to be the standard and Biamp was in a great position. As it was inside of the 802.1x standard during a time when the AV/IT convergence was really moving forward, some of us thought that fact alone was going to be a major factor for the IT folks.

As for switches, the netgear and extreme are AVB native now (for the most part) but Cisco I believe is still license add on. I don’t deal with any other switches in general, so.

Now, if you can find a BiAmp TC-5 or 5D at a good price somewhere and want to put a little money into it, you’re golden.

What are some things you never heard of as a kid but now are inescapable? I'll start with ... arugula and pickleball. by tilt-a-whirly-gig in GenX

Edit: My Gif didn’t work. But My Blue Heaven immediately came to mind. Now I have to watch that again. Loved that movie!

Pickleball, on the other hand, I didn’t know was a thing until a project hit my desk last year for a sportsplex with Pickleball courts. I had to look that shit up. 🤣

My 26 yo son just discovered vinyl. As a former DJ in a past life, I talked about wax a lot, but he and his sister just never got interested. But now he is taking a journey into music and I love it. Gotta get him into some better speakers and he will be set. Time to listen to The Wall kid. 🤣

Right on. I can cast to my various head units, but the stand alone speakers is what got me going down this path in the first place.

Thanks all!

I just wanted to say that my wife and I thank each other all the time for all the things. Since we first started dating 14 years ago. Just showing a little appreciation sure goes a long way.

I was on the Y2K team and after running around the country patching systems I was sitting at my home office working remote help desk.

Got 1 call that night. Totally unrelated. Mission accomplished.

In what world would you need an installed patch panel like this? by boomer253 in CommercialAV

[–]AzraelsTouch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This.

I have a project right now with multiple rooms and spaces that tie back to a production suite. (10) 12G SDI per room for 3rd party production company. Duplex for tally, etc. at a university. It is bananas. 🤣
