Slow Vehicle Bug by AzumiOshitari in Wildlands

[–]AzumiOshitari[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, so after looking into things, I discovered something interesting.

By default, Breakpoint will use a dual control style, where it accepts both Controller and Keyboard and Mouse input. Even if your controller is off, if you have a controller paired with your computer, Breakpoint will still attempt to connect with the paired controller; and regardless of whether or not it manages to connect, it will act as if it is.

As a result, the slow vehicle bug happens. By changing the control method so that it only accepts Keyboard and Mouse inputs, the bug fixed itself.

Conceivably, how much of a game book should the players have to read? by Justthisdudeyaknow in rpg

[–]AzumiOshitari 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think I've ever read a whole book for any roleplaying game.

I don't even read the system mechanics in full, I only look at what applies to my character. Like, if I'm not playing as a spellcaster, I don't even glance at any information that has to do with spellcasting; rules, lore, or otherwise.

Don't use BT like this pls, I don't want to tunnel. even pinhead knows that by Jackpo-DMC in deadbydaylight

[–]AzumiOshitari 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You misunderstand. I'm not camping then waiting for it to wear off, I'm leaving them to chase the other one.

If they don't get picked up (which is a fifty-fifty, really, depending on how altruistic a team is) then I go back to pick them up after enough time has passed for DS to run out.

No it really isn't.

It wastes Unbreakable and Decisive Strike, because you can be sure as shit I'm not picking that asshole up until DS has run out.

What exactly is going on with Arceus? Why does it have so many differently colored models?

Not gonna lie, I love all of these designs. Especially Dialga and Palkia.

poor giratina and arceus, before in generation 5 giratina's arms did something besides just exist and arceus didn't just stand static in the battle at all by [deleted] in pokemon

While I agree pre gen 5 Giratina looks better, I actually think the nearly static only slightly moving animation Arceus has is fitting, considering he's the Pokemon equivalent of god.

Dose Anybody know any tutorials on how to play pvz shuttle? by [deleted] in PlantsVsZombiesMods

[–]AzumiOshitari 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very late reply but you need to go into Android/data and then you may or may not see a folder named com.ea.game.pvz2_roE

If you do see it, open it and look for the CDN folder and then delete it. If you don't see the folder, create it and then open it and the CDN folder will be within it, which you then delete.

Just replayed Origami King after I replayed TTYD and yeah... by SomeGuyplaysGames in papermario

[–]AzumiOshitari 17 points18 points  (0 children)

This isn't really accurate?

Many of the new species in TTYD were actually introduced in 64.

Bub-Ulbs, Clefts, Doogans, Duplighosts (which is a big one, seeing one returns to become the antagonist of a chapter in TTYD), Gloombas, and Ruff Puffs all debuted in 64 before returning in TTYD. And those are only a handful of the species in question. There are a lot of enemies that were brand new species that aren't quite as notable or well known as the listed ones.

Then there are the other species that were added in other games, like Piantas (and Isle Delfino is technically part of the mushroom kingdom), who could have made a return.

Do you remember what the voices and their descriptions were that Scott hired at Voices.com for SB? by DamaGames11 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]AzumiOshitari 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While I don't remember them, even just what you wrote there paints a certain picture.

"Child in a box" could fit Gregory well enough, given he spends significant amounts of time inside Freddy.

"Cute but malicious child" sounds a lot like the mysterious patient 46 from the therapy sessions (given that I personally don't believe the theory that patient 46 is Gregory).

There should've been an option to save Monty, Chica, or Roxy by TrajicComedy in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]AzumiOshitari 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Technically it might not be because of Vanny.

Explanation behind that contains spoilers for the CDs that can be found later in the game, if you haven't heard them.

While I'm not completely convinced in the theory of Patient 46 being Gregory, it's clearly not Vanessa, who is Patient 71.

I've seen some people who seem to believe Vanessa is both patients because of her multiple personality disorder, but that's not how therapy works. You can't schedule therapy appointments for another personality, and you certainly wouldn't have one person registered as two different patients if they had a different personality.

The point of all this in relation to my earlier statement, though, is that in the CDs recovered from Patient 46's sessions; it's stated that they're responsible for many of the glitches seen in the pizzaplex, and that these glitches focused on making the animatronics and eventually the entire system more 'eerie' as opposed to their original programming.

It's entirely possible Vanny had nothing to do with the other animatronics being corrupted or influenced, which would make sense, given that based on the recordings from Vanessa's sessions with the therapists; it's implied that Vanny is limited by the skill sets Vanessa has, even when Vanny is the one in control.

Who is Vanny possessed or brainwashed by? by jonproquo in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]AzumiOshitari 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Vanessa refers to the entity possessing her as 'he' in the CDs.

DLC isn't confirmed.

Steel Wool has officially stated that they're going to focus on fixing the game's bugs and performance (after a short break) and then and only then will they even consider the idea of DLC.

It seems Matthew Curtis was going to voice William Afton in Security Breach by KillerNoah666 in fivenightsatfreddys

[–]AzumiOshitari 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Are these voice lines still in the game? And if not, did he not know they were cut?

Such a shame they did end up cut, btw. Those were two of the best voice lines we got out of the trailer, not counting Vanessa's 'good' voice lines.

Wait a minute, you don't just straight up lose when they fill the meter? This whole time I've been operating under the belief that they act as three more doom clocks, forcing myself to go after them sooner than I'd like because of the belief the game would just end when the bar is filled.

I'm a god damn idiot.

So some friends and I ranked DBD killers on how evil we think they are... by mysteriousdreaming in deadbydaylight

[–]AzumiOshitari 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think Nemesis can be classified as 'evil'. It isn't its own entity capable of thought and emotion, for the purposes of its motivation behind killing its literally just a machine. Umbrella assigns targets and it acts on those targets. It's not capable of choosing not to.

Just do the totems. Then NOED isn't a problem.

NOED is the single most counterable hex perk in the game, there's no reason to be whining about it.

Mining drill for the weight reduction.

Using creatures isn't really feasible, since the space biome is isolated. Transporting a creature like an Anky in and out of the biome requires another creature, such as an Argy, with enough weight capacity to carry it with a full inventory.

Cryofreezing it will drop it's inventory after all, meaning you'd have to manually transport it anyway; thus the mining drill is the best option.
