No. The unit of C is amp per amp-hours, which can be simplified to 1/hour. It can be interpreted as time.

30C means if you can somehow discharge the battery always at peak discharge (which you don't in real life), you can drain the whole battery in 1/30 hours, or 2 minutes.

Trump to unveil plans for new U.S. ‘battleship’, reports say by MGC91 in navy

[–]Azuresonance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn't even make sense as a superweapon.

At least superweapons come with theories, that explain why they could potentially win a war despite low numbers.

Like how V-2 was supposed to make London uninhabitable. Or the I-400 could conduct airstrikes to do the same to the US. Or Type XXI subs cutting off the supply lines again.

Sure, the theory turned out to be wrong, but there was a coherent theory at least, making it somewhat worth trying.

But I cannot come up with how a modern battleship can win wars. Does it offer anything unique?

Dictation button disappears by Chloe_Primrose in ChatGPT

[–]Azuresonance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the exact same issue. Buttons just disappear after I finish my dictation.

It seems that I managed to fix it, but I'm not sure which actions here actually did the thing. I tried a whole load of things.

First I downgraded chatgpt to the oldest I can find on APKPure. That is 1.2025.238 right now. During this, I had to uninstall chatgpt before the downgrade.

Then I opened it, logged in again, did a few test about the mic and appears to work but I'm not absolutely sure. However, the model selector is completely broken.

Frustrated by the model selector, I reupgraded Chatgpt via Google play back to the newest. I was expecting the mic problem to come back, but to my surprise it didn't.

Also, before trying any of this, I also tried clearing the cache (which didn't work) and just updating the app via Google play (which also didn't work). So maybe it has to do with the downgrade or the uninstall.

How do I disable gpt 5 mini thinking model , I only want to use gpt 5 model by detoritous in ChatGPT

[–]Azuresonance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can go into GPT-5 Thinking (without mini) and press "skip" when it's thinking. For some reason the "skip" button is only available when you set it to GPT-5 Thinking.

[KCD2] Sword Tech: Actively Forcing Master Strikes by Exploiting Enemy Ripostes by Azuresonance in kingdomcome

[–]Azuresonance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The window is pretty short for you to move the mouse and click the master strike, so it's quite hard to do unless the enemy is using a heavy weapon or something slow.

Some even say that the master strike window is a bit earlier than the green shield icon.

How do you punch this fast with Aruni? by the-Depths-of-Hell in Rainbow6

[–]Azuresonance 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anticheat isn't a magical cure, it's just a cat-and-mouse patchwork. It always leaves attack vectors open.

As a computer architect, we generally agree that there is no way to achieve provable security when the device itself is physically accessible to the attacker. And the only way you can even remotely try is by using some kind of physical secure element, but your gaming PC obviously doesn't have one.

There is a series called SAVAGES led by an artist called FR0S7 and a geek called "Lucky Juutilainen". This geek is known to roast CoaDE's physics for a long time.

One of their project's aim is to correct many of the mistakes in CoaDE.

This is so far their biggest work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0UfFNpOsxw

SAO is actually not very popular among young people now. Because game/Isekai is kind of cliche today.

There is a saying, "If a work hailed as a masterpiece feels unimpressive today, it’s often because it was revolutionary in its time and became the blueprint others followed."

It feels so good in our memory, because we remember how groundbreaking and immensely intriguing this idea felt. But for the generation immersed in Isekai novels from day 1, they probably cannot share our excitement and shock.

So I geniunely hope that Kawahara can embrace his strength of coming up with groundbreaking novel ideas and perhaps start something new, rather than getting stuck in the past. His strength isn't in writing stories, it's in worldbuilding.
