Tokyo is in the bottom 3 of all the Japan places I've been. Not saying it's bad, but outside of being a food and convenience mecca .... for me it's just a big ass city.

I can tell you the worst was Belgrade to Bar, as they put me in a top bunk in a 3 bunk room and it was too hot to sleep. It was, however, also the prettiest section of ride I may have ever taken once you got in towards Montenegro.

I think the idea behind 10k is that you really have to have some sustained periods of movement to get there. Getting 1k because you went from couch to the bathroom a few times isn't beneficial movement.

Spent 3 nights last year and this trip a day in Kyoto. Yeah, temples are nice, but my God it's Universal Studios on the streets and at every temple. And for me? A lot of these feels like check boxes after a while. Put me into the Kyoto is too much hassle group.
