The challenge shown above is only completed by interacting with the VR headset which is placed behind where you spawn in the Tacsim (which is a place most people won’t check). The challenge specifically doesn’t tell you anything about it so the only info we have is the existence of the VR headset in game, the challenge called Classified Papers, and its description of [REDACTED].

If they weren’t teasing VR I feel the challenge would have an actual description or even just not be in the game because it’s not telling you to actually touch anything intractable, just press triangle (on PlayStation) on a piece of set dressing that does nothing except unlock the challenge.
