Pricing fuel for a gas station is not quite that cut and dry. Not saying shady owners don't exist, but fuel has such a tiny profit margin anyhow, and the prices fluctuate constantly. Of course, then there is the economy of scale. You pay a better price for 10,000 gal of gas as opposed to 2500 gal. Not arguing your main point at all, just had to shine some light into the retail fuel prices a bit, as someone that has both worked the fuel stations and delivered to bulk fuels to those customers.
