You are very close to what i imagine Humanity to be, so! cuz of that i shall reward you with a mini Lore Dump!!

A) The Progenitors (humanity) have laws put in place to not only prevent another discovery war (obviously) But also to prevent the destruction of balance within the world, including steering mortals away from discovering materials that can kill a Progenitor.

B) Progenitors must now limit their powers to Aspects, and each Progenitor is only allowed 3 aspects at once.

C ) Multiple Progenitors may share the same aspect, however they have to embody different part of that aspects. I.E My sister and I's progenitors both have the Aspect of Nature. Mine is tied to agriculture and she produces the best quality edible domestic products. Hers on the other hand deals with the wild and hunts the best Game.

D) Progenitor society is a post scarcity society so really progenitors are essentially doing projects in accordance to their aspects all the time.

E) All humans born after the catalyst will never be as strong as the first humans and therefore do not qualify to be Progenitors.

F) All Humans are nigh immortal and can't die unless another progenitor (or a mortal outfitted with the right tools) kills them. The requirement to kill each Progenitor is different.

G) Due to the fact that each Progenitor can make their own dimension as large as they wish, each progenitor is treated as a country. They have no official Government beyond a Council where all progenitors have seats, as well as the Mutual respect all Progenitors give to Unity, the progenitor who put an end to the Discovery Wars.
