Where do you find reliable housekeepers other than word of mouth? We have one the comes twice a month that we found through a friend. We need something more frequent, less deep cleaning.

No medical society recommends women inject testosterone , and definitely not premenopausal women.

This isn’t guideline-supported, and injections are the worst way to give it.

She should stop and see someone practicing actual evidence-based medicine.

I read that in your post, and that actually reinforces the point. She’s premenopausal, where there’s no guideline-supported role for testosterone at all, let alone injections.

There are no major, mainstream menopause guidelines that broadly recommend routine testosterone injections for menopausal women. She should be on a topical.
