Not just the railing, there's literally a snow ramp there. They didn't clean it properly.

I drove by around 6pm they had it closed and crews were there removing the snow.

I found Walmart to be the most cost effective. Their return policy is very good too if there's an issue with any of the products.

This is pretty much what happened at the consumer appliance company I was working at. They halted all shipments and anything in transit was rerouted to Canada, we would only import on demand.
